Returns & Exchanges
We cannot accept exchanges and refunds unless they were purchased from One61.com. If purchased elsewhere, the return or exchange should be made with the original retailer.
One61 wants you to be thrilled with your new watch purchase. However, if you need to return it or if you aren’t 100% satisfied with it, we're here to help.
Please contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive instructions on how to return or exchange your watch. Please allow 48 hours* from when you send your email for a response from our Support Team.
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product, you purchased online from One61:
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from One61 can be returned to One61. One61 products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns policy.
- Please ensure that the item you're returning is unworn, repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, however, if the reason is due to error, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
Your purchase will NOT be eligible for a refund if it is:
- In used condition
- Not purchased directly from One61.com
Once we receive your watch, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you via email on the status of your refund after inspecting the watch. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your account.
Is there something wrong with your watch? If there is, we’re very sorry! We will exchange your watch, provided the original watch is received back in its original packaging and condition.
If the reason is due to our error, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs. For exchanges, you will not be charged to ship the new item.
